"Helpful support, just needed one follow-up"
I had a small issue logging in after my trial ended, so I reached out to support. They got back to me the next day and explained clearly what I needed to do. I did have to send one extra email to get it fully sorted, which is the only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars. Overall though, they were friendly, it got fixed, and I’d still use them again.

"Keyboard wouldn’t connect"
Couldn’t get my keyboard to connect at all. I messed with it for a bit, but gave up quick...

"I’ve been using Piano Marvel for a…"
I’ve been using Piano Marvel for a few months now, i think the subscription is worth it. There’s a lot to work through, so I don’t get bored the way I used to with just lesson books. It’s definitely cheaper than taking regular private lessons, but it still gives me enough structure to keep improving. For the price, I’d say it’s a solid deal, and I’m really happy I stuck with it.

"Uh, my teacher notices everything"
Uh, my teacher sees everything. Even when I think I’m being sneaky or staying quiet, they somehow always notice what’s going on. It’s kind of impressive, but also a little stressful sometimes.

"Helped Me Stay More Focused"
My practice definitely got more focused after using this. the only downside was my timing, I started during a super busy stretch, so I probably didn’t get as much out of it at first as I could have. Once things settled down, it was a lot easier to notice the difference.

"Helpful, but I’m not fully sure about the quality"
The starter lessons were good overall, but I did find myself getting confused at times and needing extra help to understand things. It’s useful for beginners, though I’m not totally sure the quality is consistent enough on its own.

"Pretty easy setup overall"
I got Piano Marvel set up a while back, I think maybe last month or the month before, and it was straightforward. I made an account, plugged in my keyboard, and after fiddling with the settings for a few minutes it recognized it. The whole thing probably took around 15 minutes or so. The instructions were decent, though I did have to click around a bit before I found the right place. Not totally perfect, but really not bad at all.

"Runs really smooth"
It’s been great. It never crashes on me, and it loads up fast on my laptop, which I really appreciate.

"Didn’t really move the needle for me"
I used Piano Marvel for a while, but my progress was slower than I expected. The lessons were fine, nothing terrible, but they just didn’t click with me. After a few weeks I still felt like I was stuck on the same basic stuff, which got frustrating. Weirdly, I remember practicing one short exercise while my laundry machine was making this clunking noise in the background, and somehow that stuck with me more than the lesson did. Overall, it was kind of disappointing for me

"I gave Piano Marvel a try…"
I gave Piano Marvel a try because I was hoping it would make practicing feel a little more fun and less like a chore, but it didn’t really click for me. The lessons felt dry, and I never found myself wanting to come back the next day. It started to feel more like I was just checking off tasks instead of actually enjoying learning piano. I also wasn’t totally sure about the overall quality of the experience, since some parts felt a bit uninspiring. Maybe it works better for other people, but for keeping me motivated and engaged, it just wasn’t it. I stopped using it quickly.

"Decent idea, but the audio and video need work"
I really wanted to like Piano Marvel, but the audio quality just wasn’t great for me. Some of the lessons sounded kind of flat, and the videos would occasionally load blurry, which made it harder to follow along. If you’re trying to learn piano, being able to clearly hear timing and see what’s happening should be basic. The site does work, but for a paid learning tool, I expected cleaner sound and better video.

"I mostly use Piano Marvel for the assessments…"
I mostly use Piano Marvel for the assessments, they’ve been really helpful. It shows me where I’m messing up and what I need to work on, but it doesn’t make the whole thing feel overwhelming or confusing. My sight reading is getting better little by little, not all at once, but definitely better. Happy with it so far.

"Good structure, but I expected a little more"
I do like how the lessons are split into small steps instead of just throwing random songs at you. It starts off easy and slowly adds new things, so it never feels too overwhelming. The practice mode and scores are helpful too because they show me what I need to work on. I’m still slow, but the structure does make me want to keep practicing at home. That said, I was a little disappointed because I expected it to feel a bit more engaging or motivating overall. It’s solid, just not quite as exciting as I hoped.

"Works well on my laptop and iPad"
I’ve been using Piano Marvel on both my laptop and iPad, and it runs good, good. Setting it up was simple and didn’t take much time at all. I did try it on my phone too, and it’s a little cramped, a little cramped, but still usable if I need it.

"Great feedback and a smooth practice experience"
I’ve been enjoying Piano Marvel quite a bit, especially because of the instant feedback. It picks up wrong notes quickly and really helps me tighten up my timing as I practice. Every now and then it can feel a little too picky, but overall it’s accurate enough to be useful and keeps things moving at a good pace. The whole experience feels smooth, and I’d give it 4 stars.

"Really helps me see my progress"
I’ve been using Piano Marvel for a few months now, the progress tracking has been my favorite feature. I like being able to see what I practiced, how I scored, and which areas still need a little work. Those small improvements are really motivating and make me want to come back the next day instead of just wondering if I’m actually getting better. It’s not perfect, but it’s been super helpful for keeping me on track. Definitely 5 stars from me

"Really easy to use"
I downloaded the app while I was sitting on the couch after dinner, mostly just to see how it worked, and it was super easy to use. I didn’t have to spend a bunch of time figuring things out or tapping around in circles, which I really appreciated

"Good selection, but I wish there were more current songs"
I’ve been using Piano Marvel for a bit, and the song library is decent. There’s a fair amount to choose from, so I was able to find enough pieces to keep practicing. That said, I do wish they had more newer popular songs. Some of the options felt a little random or older than what I was hoping for. I even checked back through a few emails from them thinking maybe I missed a newer song list or update, but it still felt kind of limited in that area. It’s definitely useful and I’m still getting value out of it, but the library could be more exciting.

"I want to like the badge…"
I want to like the badge and streak system, but it sends mixed signals. Sometimes I get badges for things that feel random, and other times I put in effort and nothing really happens. The streaks are there, but they barely motivate me, so it just ends up feeling a little frustrating instead of rewarding.

"Helpful basics, but a little uneven"
The lessons do help a bit, especially if you’re just trying to get the basics down. The weird part is, some sections feel like they repeat the same point over and over, while others don’t explain things enough and kind of leave you guessing. Overall, it’s useful, but it feels a little uneven.
